TRANSFERS!!
I'm losing another companion after six weeks 😞 Sister Voorhies is
going to Bend for the summer and leaving me here. But, my new
companion is Sister Williams, I don't know much about her, but I'm
excited to meet her! That means I'll be staying in Salem for another
six weeks, I'm happy about that.
So we had a good week :) We had an amazing lesson with our new
investigator, Kendall. She is so amazing! She just loves us and knows
that she needs this gospel. She feels the Spirit so strong and almost
cried when she heard about Joseph Smith's first vision. I'm so excited
to keep working with her.
We also had a great couple lessons with Tina and Marie, from the
Turner Ward. We were finalizing everything for Marie's baptism. She
got baptized on Saturday and confirmed Sunday. She was so happy and we
were able to go to there Ward for sacrament meeting to see her
confirmed. It was so cool and that ward was so excited to see us, they
thought they got Sister missionaries and were so disappointed when we
told them we were just visiting.
